Fixed Steel Gantry Cranes
SERIES: FHS

The fixed height steel gantry crane is designed for transporting and positioning materials along the beams length. The solid steel construction will provide years of service, while the painted blue finish will keep the models protected from surface ware.Unit comes standard four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings (2K units have glass filled nylon casters. 4K-8K units have phenolic casters. 10K model has steel casters). The rigging locks in 1 of 4 positions; you can set the wheels and push the gantry crane forward, back, left or right. The unit is an economical and efficient way to lift and raise products, diminishing the need of additional personnel. The fixed height design allows for constant use in a particular setting without the need to maneuver the overall height of the unit. Hoists & Trollies can be ordered seperately.

  • Each unit includes four swivel glass filled nylon casters with four-way position locks for safe positioning
  • The fixed height of the unit provides constant lifting stability

Does the gantry come with a hoist?
The hoists and trolleys for the fixed height steel gantry cranes are sold separately. You'll find multiple options available.
We are looking at the V-Groove system. Is it possible to keep the gantry on the rail with one person pushing the crane on one end?
The V-Groove option makes moving much easier. We recommend pushing the gantry on both ends when re-positioning it.
