Adjustable Steel Gantry Cranes
SERIES: AHS

The industrial steel Gantry crane is designed for transporting and positioning materials along the beams length. The solid steel construction will provide years of service. Unit comes standard four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings (2K units have glass filled nylon casters. 4K-8K units have phenolic casters. 10K model has steel casters). Locks the rigging in 1 of 4 positions; you can set the wheels and push the gantry crane forward, back, left or right. There is an optional total locking casters that lock the rigging in any position and locks the wheel from rotating. More economical and flexible than permanent cranes and features a quick setup design. Painted blue finish with warning and operating stickers and complete owner's manual. Designed for semi-permanent or permanent applications. Requires assistance from fork truck to set-up. Hoists & Trollies can be ordered separately.

Does the gantry come with a hoist?
The hoists and trolleys for the adjustable height steel gantry cranes are sold separately. You'll find multiple options available.
Can the uprights be attached to the I-Beam in multiple locations to adjust the usable width?
The vertical upright can be positioned inward on the I-Beam for a shorter usable width.
What type of I-Beam is used on the AHS?
W Beams are used on the adjustable height steel gantry cranes.
For the AHS-STOL ,what size bolts would we need to anchor this to the floor?
1/2" bolts.
Is there an attachment to help raise it higher?
Yes, we have an option called AHA-KIT that aids in raising the ibeam to the preferred height. AHA-KIT is not to be used in lieu of the lock pins. You must still insert the lock pins once at the desired height.
